Supercharge Your Life with Amazing Affirmations
One of the best ways to cultivate self-love is through a regular practice of conscious affirmation—that is, recognizing and acknowledging your power and magnificence, and creating positive assertions that help to deepen and expand the qualities and attributes you want in your life.
Affirmations are positive statements about yourself that you repeat—aloud or silently—in a deliberate and intentional way. It is well known that the things we repeat to ourselves tend to become firmly rooted in our minds as beliefs. The problem is, most of the things we tend to repeat to ourselves—unconsciously, for the most part—are generally pretty negative and disempowering. So, we can use positive affirmations as a way to reverse this thinking and believing process.
