]]>Have you ever thought about who you really are and why you’re here in this world?
These are the deep questions that almost all of us end up contemplating at one time or another in our lives. Sadly, many of us find our answers disappointing and unfulfilling. But that’s only because we don’t really know how to look deeply within to find the truth that we are looking for. Or, for some of us, it may be that we are simply afraid of what we might learn about ourselves.
Most people would probably agree that courage is a willingness to work through our fears and simply accept what is real for us. But what exactly is Soul Courage?
This week, Tommy continues his vacation in India, so David has invited a brand new guest to join him and discuss this very topic. Tara-Jenelle Walsch is the founder and spirit behind the Soulebrate greeting card company and the Soulcialize personal development program. Recently, Tara-Jenelle published her brand new book Soul Courage, which is already making waves on Amazon! Naturally, she seems like a perfect fit for the Life Mastery TV family!
The first question Tara-Jenelle asks is
Have you ever thought about who you really are and why you’re here in this world?
Most people share the understanding that Life is about more than the experiences of the Body and the Mind, but it takes a special kind of courage to engage our Soul in our daily encounters. Knowing this is one thing. Knowing how to do it is another. There are no schools offering courses in Soul Connection. But Tara-Jenelle shares some of her wisdom on this subject.
So check out the video for this episode and get some insights into how you can discover a clearly articulated path to Soul Connection with yourself and others, a path that has the potential to create some of the most enriching experiences in your life, allowing you to come alive in ways that can utterly transform your journey of self-awareness to one of soul-awareness.

]]>Soul Talk is something that all of us really cherish, especially when we can share it with other like-minded Spiritual Beings.
Here you are, on your Spiritual Journey, seeking truth, justice, and a Better Way. And it can seem lonely sometimes, especially if you don’t have family or friends nearby with whom you can share your A-Has and your Awakenings.
If you don’t have a strong support structure in your life, your ego-mind may just retake those reigns, re-gag you, convince you all over again that this Spiritual Stuff is just a bunch of mumbo-jumbo, and then slam you back into the cell you’ve gone to such lengths to get free from!
Well, no-one wants that!
While you have to deal with your own inner work inside of yourself—meaning no-one else can do this work for you—there are a growing number of people on the planet who are ready, willing, and able to help. And this is where Soul Talk comes in.
The fact that David & Tommy do these weekly shows called Life Mastery TV means much more than delivering great messages and helpful hints. The underlying power and unspoken message is that other people are actually talking openly and out loud about things so deep and personal. And just the fact that there is an internationally broadcast webinar talking about matters of the Spirit is enough to keep some people from falling back into the dungeon.
As we all discover—in our own way and at our own pace—getting better requires looking inward, or as the Soul Talk Guys explained way back in Episode 8, In Is the Only Way Out. But what may not be so obvious is that looking inward naturally leads to Spiritual Awakening. And in addition to that, Spiritual Awakening naturally brings about connections with others who are going through the same process.
In this episode, the Soul Talk Guys are joined by Suzie Daggett, an intuitive business and life coach who lives her life according to Soul Talk principles. Join the crew as they share some deep insights about Soul Talk:
Think of it as Open-Heart Synergy with fellow Open-Hearters… Because, after all, at Life Mastery TV, that’s exactly what we do, isn’t it?

]]>Author Rumer Godden said
Everyone is a house with four rooms: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual. Unless we go into every room EVERY day, even if only to keep it aired, we are not a complete person.
When you go to the gym, if you want to get a proper workout, then you have to exercise your body in a variety of ways. This usually includes some form of stretching, cardio-vascular, and strength-building exercises. No matter what particular form of exercise you do, you will have to make sure to warm up adequately before putting stress on your muscles, and any decent fitness instructor will also tell you to do a proper warm-down, followed by some relaxation to allow your body to integrate the benefits of your exercise.
To extend this metaphor a little further, it’s pretty obvious that if you want to keep yourself physically fit, then you can’t expect that to happen by going to the gym just once! On the contrary, you have to make a regular practice of working out—and, for best results, you must integrate that into your overall lifestyle.
This same idea holds true not only for your body, but also for your mind, heart, and spirit. In order to be fit in these areas of your life, you must develop a regular “workout” practice for them as well.
At Life Mastery TV, you’ve heard Tommy & David talk repeatedly about:
When you exercise these three areas of your life with the same dedication and passion that you do to keep your physical body in shape, you are taking very good care of yourself—LOVING yourself unconditionally. And this creates natural fulfillment in every aspect of your life. Not only that, but it also inspires others to follow your example and live their lives more fully!
In this week’s episode, David & Tommy talk about Life Matters 360 (a fulfilling and rewarding practice of lovingly exercising all four “rooms in your house”), and provide some guidance about how to integrate this into your life.

]]>Spiritual teachers present and past all seem to recommend the same advice:
Stay present to what is happening right here, right now.
But what does it mean, really, to live “in the moment”? What does it mean to “stay present”? And why do all these teachers recommend this practice?
Our ego-minds like to spend time dwelling on the past and projecting all the so-called “bad things” that happened there into the future. That is to say, our ego-minds tend to focus on the past or the future, paying little if any attention to what is happening right here, right now.
What’s really interesting is when we focus on the past—particularly on those aspects that felt like loss to us—then we tend to end up feeling sad. On the other extreme, when we focus on the future—particularly by worrying about how things might not work out the way we want them too—then we tend to end up feeling fearful. This is not always true, of course; we can certainly remember things with fondness and joy, and we can certainly get excited about a new adventure that is about to start in our lives.
But, as Eckhart Tolle puts it, one thing seems to be certain: in the present moment, there are no real problems, challenges, or difficulties. Right here, right now, everything is okay. In fact, it’s just as it should be: perfect.
In this week’s episode, we shed some light on this idea and present some suggestions to help you live more in the moment.
Enjoy! (And please remember to leave a comment below!)
